Featuring a 3-day-a-week workout routine, this program allows you to target all muscle groups in varied ways during each session, while ensuring adequate rest between workouts. It’s the perfect program for anyone looking for a gradual physical transformation. The program ensures continuous progress by challenging your muscles in new ways. Divided into three phases of two months each, the program includes exercise variations and intensity changes every month. Modifying the program every two months prevents muscle adaptation and promotes growth, strength, and overall fitness improvement. New exercises are introduced in each phase to keep the workouts fresh and effective, following the principle of progressive overload for long-term results.
