A split training (AB) involves structuring the workout program around specific muscle groups. Each session targets one or more of these groups. This program divides all muscles into two categories: Group A and Group B. Group A includes the lower body, back and biceps , while Group B includes the chest, shoulders and triceps. Unlike full-body training, this program is designed for intensive workouts. If your aim is to commit to a rigorous training routine, this program is tailored for you. It's organized into four training sessions per week, each focusing on three muscle groups along and includes abdominal sessions to add to your training routine. The program ensures continuous progress by challenging your muscles in new ways. Divided into three phases of two months each. Modifying the program every two months prevents muscle adaptation and promotes growth, strength, and overall fitness improvement. New exercises are introduced in each phase to keep the workouts fresh and effective, following the principle of progressive overload for long-term results.
