WHO AM I?

I wasn’t always into working out. When I was 19, I was a law student in Paris and an employee at a real estate agency. I started going to the gym not necessarily to improve my physique, but rather to clear my mind and find an outlet for my stress. In the beginning, I had to push myself to learn how to train, but the excitement of learning a new skill carried me through. Committing to this new initiative felt like a breath of fresh air, and I followed a workout routine throughout my college years.

How I started to be a personal trainer ?

Regular physical activity is one of the best ways to improve your physical and mental well-being. This has been proven by the World Health Organization (WHO) and confirmed by multiple studies led by doctors, psychologists, and physiotherapists (including the Action Plan for Mental Health 2013-2020).

Convinced by the benefits exercise could bring me, I eagerly integrated an exercise routine into my lifestyle.

Working out has become an indispensable part of my daily life.

During the CoVid pandemic, weight training and fitness became my hobbies. I was working out daily for 30 minutes on my terrace.

I as progressed and became stronger, I thought that I could give back and help others achieve the same success that changed my life, so I entered the "Sport Academy" in Tel Aviv and got my professional fitness coaching certification.

My state of mind

Taking the first steps in your fitness journey can be tough. One day we feel motivated and ready to begin, but oftentimes we lose our motivation and start to make excuses; we can’t fit workouts into our schedules, or that we lack the discipline necessary to be consistent and show up.

My approach is different.

To get in the right mindset, ask yourself the right questions: What motivates me? How to achieve it? How much time to dedicate?

You don’t need to love the gym to get fit. There are many ways to build your workouts in a way that’s both fun and challenging. Training shouldn’t be a burden, rather an opportunity to:

  • Gain self-confidence

  • Learn to love your body

  • Have a healthier lifestyle

  • Reduce & avoid health problems

  • Develop new physical skills

  • Improve general well-being

The body has its own memory; the more we train, the more the body gets used to it and enjoys it.
